WIP stands for Work In Progress and is used to see the current amount of cards in a column. A WIP-Limit is a limit of cards in a column that a team agrees upon on.
Taggle will never block you to do something you want to do. Just like on an analog whiteboard you will always be able to drag cards into a column. If it goes over the defined Work In Progress Limit it will turn red and draw the team's attention to that column. This way you're quickly able to identify bottlenecks in your workflow and tackle them together as a team
